If a stream ends before the paid time is fully used, the cost of the unused minutes is automatically refunded to the viewer.

The refund amount is calculated proportionally based on the unused time.

Users may contact platform support in cases involving:

• technical issues,
• inability to continue the stream,
• violations of platform rules,
• inappropriate user behavior.

The platform reserves the right to review each situation and determine whether a full or partial refund should be issued.

4. Stream Cancellation

If a stream has not started, funds may be refunded fully or partially depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and the user's bank.

6. Limitations

The platform reserves the right to deny refunds in cases involving:
