End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of This Agreement

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you and LiveLens governing your use of the LiveLens mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, creating an account, or otherwise using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, LiveLens grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the LiveLens service.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.

4. The Service

LiveLens is a real-time live-streaming platform where one user (a “viewer”) requests a live stream and another user (a “streamer”) fulfills that request live on camera.

LiveLens provides the technology that connects users; it does not produce or control user content. Full platform, payment, payout, and referral terms are described in the Terms of Service.

5. User Content and Live Streams

Users are solely responsible for the content they stream, request, transmit, or otherwise make available through the App (“User Content”), and for their conduct while using the App.

You retain ownership of your User Content and grant LiveLens a limited license to host, transmit, and display it solely to operate the service.

6. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

LiveLens has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. By using the App, you agree not to create, stream, request, upload, or transmit any objectionable content, and not to engage in abusive, harassing, or unlawful behavior toward other users.

Violations result in immediate content removal and may result in permanent removal of the offending user from the platform.

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You will not use the App to create, stream, request, or share content, or engage in conduct, that:

• is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually exploitative;
• sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors in any way (such material is reported to the relevant authorities);
• depicts or incites violence, self-harm, or cruelty;
• is hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory;
• is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes others’ rights;
• invades others’ privacy or records or streams people without a lawful basis;
• is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to abuse the payment, payout, or referral systems;
• contains malware or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

8. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

The App provides tools to keep the community safe:

• Report — you can report objectionable content or behavior at any time from within the App.
• Block — you can block another user at any time to stop all further interaction with them.
• Moderation — live streams are subject to automated and manual moderation.

We review reports of objectionable content and act within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided it where a violation is found. We may also remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion to enforce this Agreement.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or applicable law, or to protect the platform or other users.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Account and data deletion can be requested through in-app support, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Payments

Paid streams, the platform fee, streamer payouts, referral rewards, and refunds are governed by the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

LiveLens does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that User Content will be accurate, lawful, or appropriate.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveLens is not liable for the conduct of users or for User Content, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to you.
