How to permanently delete your account and associated data

Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your LiveLens account is directly in the app:

1 Open the LiveLens app and go to your Profile tab.

2 Open Settings and tap Delete Account.

3 Confirm the deletion. Your account and associated personal data are removed, subject to the limited retention described below.

Request deletion without the app

If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion without installing it.

Email support@livelens.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and process it within 30 days.

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data associated with it, including:

your name, username, email address, and phone number,
your profile photo, bio, and social links,
your messages, stream requests, and session history,
your payout and account settings,
other personal data tied to your account.

What we retain

We retain a limited set of records only where required for legal, accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes — for example, transaction records associated with payments. These records are kept only for the period required by applicable law and are then deleted.
