How to permanently delete your account and associated data
The fastest way to delete your LiveLens account is directly in the app:
If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion without installing it.
Email support@livelens.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and process it within 30 days.
When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data associated with it, including:
We retain a limited set of records only where required for legal, accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes — for example, transaction records associated with payments. These records are kept only for the period required by applicable law and are then deleted.
