Child Safety Standards

Last Updated: September 19, 2026

Our standards and commitments to combat child sexual abuse and exploitation

Our commitment

LiveLens, operated by LiveLens Inc., is a live one-on-one video platform intended exclusively for adults. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

These standards are published in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and apply to every person who uses LiveLens, whether as a customer requesting a stream or as a streamer providing one. Any account found engaging in CSAE is permanently banned, and confirmed CSAM is reported to the appropriate authorities.

What CSAE and CSAM mean

CSAE refers to any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. CSAM refers to any visual depiction involving a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal everywhere we operate.

What is strictly prohibited

The following are prohibited on LiveLens and are grounds for immediate, permanent removal:

  • creating, requesting, sharing, soliciting, or promoting CSAM in any form, including computer-generated imagery;
  • grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to sexualize, abuse, or endanger a minor;
  • the participation of any minor in a stream, request, message, or profile, whether on or off camera;
  • any content, communication, or conduct that violates child protection laws.

These prohibitions are also stated in our End User License Agreement and Terms of Service, which every user must accept before using the app.

Adults only — age requirements and assurance

LiveLens is restricted to users aged 18 and over. To keep minors off the platform we:

  • require every person to confirm at sign-up that they are 18 or over, as a condition of accepting our End User License Agreement;
  • ask for a date of birth and refuse the account outright when the date given is below the minimum age;
  • apply automated facial age estimation (AWS Rekognition) to live-stream images as one signal among several; where a stream is flagged, the result is used by our review team rather than to block a stream automatically;
  • remove and ban any account we identify as belonging to a minor, and disclose these checks in our Privacy Policy.

Reporting inside the app

Every user can report or block another user from within LiveLens, without leaving the app:

1 Open the menu on a user's profile, on a live session, or in a chat — available to both customers and streamers.
2 Tap Report to flag the user or content, or Block to immediately cut off contact.
3 Our team reviews reports and takes action, including removing content and banning accounts where appropriate. We aim to review reports of child sexual abuse or exploitation within 24 hours of receiving them.

You can also email support@livelens.com at any time.

How we respond to CSAM

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on LiveLens — whether from a user report, from our review team, or from an automated moderation signal — we act promptly to:

  • remove the content and permanently ban the accounts involved;
  • preserve the relevant evidence as required by law. The images our automated moderation checks read from a live stream are analysed in memory and are not retained, as stated in our Privacy Policy; what we preserve is the reported content and the account records associated with it;
  • report confirmed CSAM to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with the relevant authorities, including local law enforcement in Kazakhstan and other regions where we operate.

Compliance with child safety laws

LiveLens complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the regions where it is available. We maintain a process to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority, and we follow industry best practices, including guidance from the Tech Coalition, to combat online child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Child safety point of contact

We maintain a designated point of contact to receive child safety notifications, including any from Google Play, and to speak to our enforcement and review procedures:
